Lasang Pinoy Sundays #25: SILOG

We spent two weeks in Germany and Prague last March during spring break. We visited family in Germany and stayed/toured Prague for a week on our own. I love Prague. I love all the gothic-style churches. Most of all, I loved the food. The hotel we stayed at had a full breakfast buffet. We ate it for 7 straight mornings. We got tired after a while...

Your Prague silogs look all too familiar...wonder if we stayed in the same hotel? (*wink*)

You're lucky you were able to visit the Infant Jesus everyday - my daughter and I were only able to "find" it towards the tail-end of our holiday so I got to go there but once!

Oh yes... did we stay in the same hotel? The breakfast was absolutely delicious...I miss the rice, though.

Unfortunately, I did not see the Infant Jesus of Prague. Buti ka pa!

Pinky & Leap of Faith -- we may have stayed in the same hotel ;) I love Prague, in fact, I don't mind moving there and living there.

The priest at the Infant Jesus of Prague was really amused to see us there everyday (having rosaries blessed and all that). On day 7 he said, "Ah, you're here. Again."

Ces -- sosy Silogs. That's too funny ;)

Wow! If I was there I'd probably visit the Infant Jesus everyday as well. BTW, If you have time will you drop by at Foodista ? We are building an online food and cooking encyclopedia ala wikipedia and we also have a lot of easy food recipes you might want to try :) Happy Holidays!

during my pre-sahmmy days, i got to visit germany twice a year (february and august) for the messe frankfurt. the hotel we stayed in also served the same breakfast every single day! but that didn't stop me from stuffing myself silly with wieners and eggs and rolls that could substitute for deadly weapons. hee hee. :)
