
i love fried butterfish especially when they're fried crispy. i love them even more with a side of sliced tomatoes, onions, and cilantro. this was dinner tonight. love it.

I am obsessed about how filipinos seem to have ten thousand ways of mixing the essential sidedish: tomatoes, onions and what-have-yous. I mix mine up with fresh basil leaves or thin slices of iceberg radish with vinegar. I've yet to try cilantro though. *kudos, i like your blog.
